Saudi Arabia hosted the 22nd WTTC Global Summit, the travel and tourism industry's most influential annual gathering, bringing together around 3,000 global leaders under the theme 'Travel for a Better Future.' The summit's design wove the Kingdom's landscapes, culture, and heritage throughout the delegate journey, with large-scale translucent landscape prints framing the plenary and biophilic design integrated across exhibition halls, conference rooms, and VIP lounges to balance the summit's packed agenda with a sense of calm.
Our Role & Delivery
Working alongside lead designer Designlab Experience, our team supported on-site production and fit-out across the summit venue — including the plenary backdrop, exhibition and conference spaces, and VIP lounge — helping deliver the delegate experience at KAICC.
