The Saudi-US Investment Forum Gala Dinner closed out the 2025 Forum at Hariri Palace in Riyadh, bringing together Saudi ministers and senior US executives to celebrate new partnerships forged across tourism, technology, and energy. The evening followed a day of high-level talks at the King Abdulaziz International Conference Center, where Saudi and American leaders outlined a shared roadmap toward a $1 trillion trade and investment corridor by 2030. Against the palace's Andalusian arches and reflecting pools, the dinner brought a formal state occasion to a warm, culturally rooted close.

Our Role & Delivery

Our team delivered the full gala production at Hariri Palace, from poolside stage and LED screen design to lighting, seating, and live entertainment featuring traditional oud performance. Every detail — from the palace forecourt arrival experience to the closing address — was produced to match the calibre of a bilateral investment celebration.
